The house is ideal for two families sharing as there is space for everyone to be together; but also space for privacy and quiet time apart. The house is divided into two areas: the North House and South House – they are connected by way of terraces and patios around the house. Each part of the house has three double bedrooms, a sitting room and a kitchen making it ideal for two families or large parties.

The main living space in the North House is very large and is suitable for entertaining large parties: it is L-shaped, with a spacious sitting room and a kitchen that seats 12 people. On one side it opens out into a beautiful, tranquil, walled courtyard garden, and on the other side to the west facing terrace.

The house has been restored in typical Andalusian style. There are wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floor tiles throughout. Both kitchens include ‘all mod cons’ including dishwashers. From both the North house and the South house you can relax outside in shade or sun.

The house was previously owned by the writer Miranda Innes, whose successful book “Getting to Manaña” describes the restoration of the house and her life in Spain.
